When A Marquis Chooses A Bride by Ella Quinn
Merton cleared his throat. “I dare say, Fotherby, that the lady is correct. You should have been able to stop the animal before any damage occurred.”
Fotherby turned to Merton, staring at his companion as if betrayed. Merton’s masked eyes were unreadable to Dotty, but something in them must have made an impression on Fotherby for he turned to her and bowed slightly.
“Ladies, my deepest apologies for not acting promptly to avoid an unnecessary scene.”
Never one to hold a grudge, Dotty inclined her head, “Your apology is accepted, sir.”
Merton lifted one brow and looked pointedly at Louisa.
“Very well,” she said, in no good humor. “Miss Stern, may I present the Marquis of Merton, a cousin of mine. Merton, Miss Stern, a longtime friend of Lady Charlotte’s family.”
Dom bowed and watched with appreciation as Miss Stern gracefully curtseyed. He had not been paying much attention to her encounter with Fotherby, thinking her just another modern termagant, until she stood and faced him. Botticelli could not have painted such perfection. The glossy blue-black curls peeping out from her hat served as a perfect frame for her heart-shaped face. She gazed at Dom with bright moss green eyes. Surreptitiously, he sucked in a breath. He’d seen many beautiful women this Season, including Lady Charlotte, but none came close to equaling Miss Stern.

Her Country Master by Anya Summers
Elise stood back from her work, admiring the lines of the dress. Zoey had a great figure. Not every woman could pull off a strapless gown, but she had just the shoulders to do it.
"I feel like a princess," Zoey murmured as she twirled and preened a bit at her reflection.
"And you look like one, too. Now, remember this is just the shell, and to get a feel for whether you like the style or want me to start from scratch. I haven't added any of the crystal and metallic beading or metallic embroidery that we discussed."
Elise studied the lines, checking the fit. "You know, after seeing it on you, I want to suggest we add an accent at the waist here to really emphasize your great figure with a line of pearls, rhinestones and crystals. What do you think?"
"That sounds wonderful. I'm going to trust your instincts on this. It already looks better than I could have ever dreamed. I think we are on the right track with this," Zoey gushed profusely. If only all of Elise's clients were this easy to please.
"Okay, great. If you will stand still, I'm going to pin some sections to make it fit you better and to work on the hemline. For our next fitting, if you have the shoes you plan to wear with your gown, I want you to bring them so that we can make it more accurate. For now, I'm just going to pin the hemline and we'll go from there."
Elise worked her way from the bust, over the waist and on down to the hem, making slight adjustments as she went. While she did so, thoughts of the taboo club in the manor swam in her mind. She was utterly fascinated by the BDSM lifestyle. Kara wouldn't have taken her to the club in Manhattan if she'd thought it was something Elise wouldn't care for. Would she be able to indulge her curiosity while she was here?
"So Kara told me that there is a club in the manor." Elise tried to appear nonchalant but she was insatiably curious about the club and the lifestyle. Read More

Dax is an Atlan warlord, and like all the men of his race, a primal beast lurks within him, ready to emerge in the fury of battle or the heat of the mating fever. His Driven Domme by Anya Summers
Lucy in a sea of clubgoers was suddenly alone in the crowd. Her shoulders straight, she dared any man, any Dom, to try and cart her off to one of the scene areas to be disciplined. She'd have their balls in a vice grip before they could even utter a command. Many of the Doms present recognized her authority and command as an equal, cutting a wide berth around her as she prowled up to the bar.
The butler, Jared, was behind the bar and she almost hooted at the shocked look on his face.
"What can I get ya?" he bit out, clearly not over his snit from earlier, and he neither conceded defeat nor backed down. She had to respect the attitude. Like always recognized like, so instead of blustering, she gave him a slight nod of recognition; one Domme to another. He understood the gesture and, hell, was that respect gleaming in his yummy eyes?
"Glass of chardonnay."
She noticed that he grabbed a bottle of the stuff she and the girls had been drinking earlier, raising him up a few notches in her esteem.
"How did you get down here, anyway?" he asked as he set a glass of wine in front of her.
"Zoey," she replied, studying his reaction as she lifted her glass. His face traveled from surprise, to joy, to pissed off Dom in all of two seconds.
